Our principles
- We collect as little as we can, and only what helps us run and improve the game.
- Gameplay and technical data is anonymous: it is not tied to your name, email address or account.
- We never sell data and never share personal information with third parties.
- No ads, no advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking.
What is used, and why
- Crash reports and error logs — to find and fix bugs. Anonymous.
- Game version, device model, operating system and language — to reproduce problems and decide which devices to support. Anonymous.
- Gameplay events (levels played, difficulty, session length, features used) — to balance the game and choose new features and content. Anonymous.
- Performance data (loading times, frame rate) — to make the game run better. Anonymous.
- Email address (only with a Netcode account) — to sign you in, save progress across devices and send account emails. Never used for advertising.
- Year of birth (only with a Netcode account) — to apply age rules and parental controls. Never shared.
- Signed-in devices and approximate location (only with a Netcode account) — to show you where you are signed in and warn you about sign-ins you do not recognise.
- Purchase records from the app store — to deliver what you bought. We never see card details.
How anonymous data stays anonymous
Usage data is sent under a random identifier made by the game, not a device, advertising or account identifier. It is never combined with your email address or account, and we do not use it to identify you. Where the game asks for your permission first, nothing is sent unless you agree. We look at it mainly in aggregate, for example how many players finish a map, where they get stuck, or which features are rarely used.
Third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties. The game contains no third-party advertising or analytics software. Our hosting and email delivery providers process data only on our behalf, to run the Services.
Your control
You can play without an account. With an account, you can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your Netcode account page. Uninstalling the game stops all collection from that device. For anything else, contact us.
